Standard Residential Appraisal Fees
- Full Standard Single-Family Appraisal: $475.00
- Full Standard Condominium Appraisal: $475.00
- Exterior-Only Single-Family Appraisal: $400.00
- Exterior-Only Condominium Appraisal: $400.00
Small Income-Producing Property Appraisal
(2–4 units only): $600.00
- Standard Construction Loan Appraisal: $675.00
(One form: ARV with 3 comparables; “As-Is” value with 2–3 comparables only.)
Please note: the above fees apply to non-lending appraisal assignments only and are intended for reports completed on general-purpose forms only, with the exclusion of construction loan appraisals.

- Appraisal review fees are determined based on the complexity of the assignment, property type, report length, scope of review, and turnaround time requested. Please contact us for fees.
